Description

  • Financial Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:

    • Oversee accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment across the organization.
  • Operational Oversight:

    • Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and risk assessments.
    • Ensure efficient financial systems and processes are in place.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Present financial performance and strategy to senior management and external stakeholders, such as investors or boards.
    • Act as a key advisor on financial matters, contributing to strategic business decisions.
  • Taxation & Audit Management:

    • Oversee corporate tax planning and compliance.
    • Coordinate with auditors to ensure successful completion of audits.
