Key Details: Administrator

  • General office administration including some accounts work
  • Updating and maintaining office systems with correct information
  • Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email
  • Scheduling engineers and booking in jobs
  • General contracts administration
  • Previous administration experience would be beneficial but training will be provided
  • Confident and polite when dealing with customers
  • Fantastic organisation skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently
