Cure Talent are delighted to partner with a global manufacturing company specialising in the design, development, and production of lifesaving medical equipment.


Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ProcessEngineer to join their highly motivated team.


The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, sustaining, and validating processes and equipment used in the manufacture of both existing and new medical device products. This includes determining process flows, developing fixtures and tooling, and generating engineering and production documentation such as work instructions and process FMEAs for both internal and supplier-based processes.


Key Focus Areas:


  • Improve manufacturing processes using CI, Lean, and Six Sigma tools.
  • Act as the link between teams, vendors, and production facilities.
  • Lead process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and FMEAs to manage risks.
  • Oversee production transfers and optimise facility layouts.
  • Maintain process documentation and coordinate maintenance plans.


We are looking for a degree-qualified professional in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Science, or a related field. Youll need at least three years of production or process engineering experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
