Pay/Day rate/Salary: £25,000.00 - £45,000.00 per year
Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 8.15 am – 4.30 pm, Friday 8.15 am – 3 pm

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring for an Estimator with experience in the fencing industry who can work on commercial, industrial, and educational fencing projects in Caerphilly. This role involves estimating costs and coordinating the planning of various fencing installations. You will be supporting the growth of the business, contributing to a wide range of projects, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

In this role, you will be working within the estimating team to ensure accurate quotations and cost-effective solutions for fencing projects. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and project-related expenses
• Developing clear, professional, and competitive quotations for clients
• Conducting site surveys and assessments to gather necessary project data
• Communicating with clients and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure realistic and achievable timelines for project delivery

As an Estimator, you need to have experience with:
• Estimating within the fencing, construction, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of fencing products, materials, and installation practices, including timber, metal, and security fencing systems

It would be beneficial to the Estimator role if you also had:
• Relevant certifications in construction or estimating (e.g., CITB, RICS, or similar)
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with estimation software and spreadsheets
