Acorn by Synergie is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to work at one of our well-established clients in the Caerphilly area
Job Requirements:
* General bookkeeping skills: (to include, but not exclusive to)
o Processing supplier invoices
o Compiling weekly supplier pay-run
o Checking monthly supplier statements and rectifying any anomalies
o Completing supplier credit account applications
* Experience of Xero Accounting Software is an advantage but not essential as full training
will be given
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience of Service Management Software is an advantage but not essential as full training
will be given

* Willingness to learn new systems and expand the role
* Attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Flexible, confident with good interpersonal skills
* Confidentiality
Hours and pay rate:
Monday - Friday can me 9-5 or 8:30-4:30
