Temporary Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant

Salary of up to £12.85 per hour plus holiday pay

Môrwell Talent Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for a well-known SME business in the Caerphilly area in their search for an experienced bookkeeper/administration assistant to join their small team.

My client is ideally looking for someone who can start on a temporary basis ASAP for a period of approximately 4 to 6 weeks but will a potential extension in order to cover long-term sickness.

The role will report into the Financial Controller and will involve the below duties -

  • General bookkeeping duties
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Compiling weekly supplier pay-run
  • Checking monthly supplier statements and rectifying any anomalies
  • Completing supplier credit account applications

Experience of Xero Accounting Software is an advantage, but not essential as full trainingwill be given

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
