Are you an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a knack for accuracy? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you’ll play a key role in processing and invoicing work completed by engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and cost engineer job sheets to create proforma invoices for customers.
  • Accurately input work codes and parts costs into the internal system to calculate invoice amounts.
  • Chase suppliers and customers for purchase order numbers as required.
  • Ensure invoices are sent to customers within specified timeframes.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with parts orders, timesheets, or completed works by liaising with internal teams.
  • Perform general data entry and support other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administration role involving invoicing, purchase orders, or timesheet entry.
  • Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in handling telephone inquiries and resolving queries.
  • Experience liaising with internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to plan and organize your workload effectively while working as part of a team.

Hours of work:9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
