Are you looking for a part-time Administration role in Caerphilly to work around school hours? Quick Staff UK is seeking a reliable Administrator to work in its Caerphilly office. This role involves providing clerical support, and maintaining effective communication within a small team. This is a part-time role based in Caerphilly town centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Making outbound calls as and when required
  • Maintaining up-to-date records including reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Assisting with the daily management of temporary worker contracts
  • Assisting with a weekly payroll
  • Preparing and sending invoices using Sage One
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Excel etc) and Sage (preferably).
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers is essential.
  • A good sense of humour!

Hours of work:9.30am - 2.15pm (flexible hours for the right candidate)

Salary:£12.75p/hr(Paid weekly in arrears)
