We are Direct Healthcare are on the look out for a Purchase Ledge Clerk to join our well established team of four at our Caerphilly Head Office. This is a great opportunity to be part of our exciting journey as we continue to grow significantly into 2025.

As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will:

- Use your attention to detail to full advantage when matching, checking and coding invoices

- Showcase your organisational skills when working off and updating different software packages and ensuring reconciliation of supplier statements

- Be keen to work to a high level of accuracy when setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details

- Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions, ensuring proper documentation and filing.

- Display great communication skills when handling purchase-related inquiries and disputes from suppliers and internal departments

This is a permanent, Monday - Friday role with convenient hours and a great working environment.
