Quick Staff UK is looking to recruit an Extrusion Machine Operator for a well-established company in the Caerphilly area. This role involves operating extrusion machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mixing ingredients in an efficient and effective manner
  • Operating manufacturing machinery following safety protocols
  • Preparing appropriate samples for testing
  • Checking the quality of the finished goods
  • Clean and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Identify and report breakdowns or malfunctions
  • Complete process documentation accurately
  • Follow health & safety regulations, including PPE requirements
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve quality issues
  • Ensure finished products meet company and customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of operating an extrusion machine

Hours of Work:Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:45pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
