We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work in a hybrid role ( 3 days in the office and 2 at home ) for an industry leading company in Caerphilly. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team in a fun, lively working environment where you will have access to first class training and development.

This is a varied role where you will be the link between the end customer and the manufacturing facility.

As Customer Service Administrator working hybrid you will:

  • Use your communication skills to full advantage when handling a variety of calls from customers on a daily basis, liaising with production, planning and logistics
  • Display attention to detail when accurately inputting details, producing quotes, updating customers on the status of their orders and organising delivery slots
  • Showcase your organisational skills when responding to emails and queries from various customers, production and dispatch.
  • Be focused on quality rather than quantity of calls taken and demonstrate an excellent, 'first resolution' approach when speaking with customers.
