Marketing Manager - Specialist
Location: Hybrid (3 days in phs Caerphilly office)Reports To: Head of Marketing and Digital
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple specialist divisions, managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing performance analysis, and driving customer engagement. This hands-on role involves collaborating with digital marketing, IT, and sales teams while leading a Marketing Executive to optimise marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance.
- Content & Communications: Oversee PR, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and impactful messaging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT and sales teams to enhance Salesforce usage, lead management, and CRM integration.
- Budget & Performance Management: Manage budgets effectively, track ROI, and provide performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a Marketing Executive, driving team development and marketing effectiveness.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in specialist industries.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot (desirable).
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years' experience (2+ in a managerial role).
