Reed Marketing are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and oversee customer acquisition and lifecycle campaigns within a large services provider based in Caerphilly. As the marketing manager, you will play a critical strategic role in driving growth, supporting new business development, and enhancing customer retention.

You will have a proven track record in managing campaign strategy, leveraging marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud), and utilising Salesforce to achieve measurable business impact.

Hybrid working - 2- 3 days in the office a week

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
  • Own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales effectiveness and customer engagement goals.
  • Lead customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, maximising retention, engagement, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, and Customer Services teams to integrate marketing strategies into the wider business framework.
  • Oversee lead scoring, nurturing programs, and automation workflows to improve conversion rates.
  • Lead product launch campaigns, ensuring market penetration and commercial success.
  • Increase in qualified leads generated through digital and offline marketing campaigns, measured through Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Cloud.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Experience of working in a B2B environment is essential
  • Expertise in digital platforms such as marketing automation or Pardot/Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and leveraging CRM systems for marketing campaigns and reporting.
  • Strong background in developing and executing campaign strategies across multiple channels.
  • Management public relations activities to enhance brand reputation would be desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
