Our client is a leading insurance company and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join the growing team.
This role is all about delivering excellent customer service to customers through a multi skilled team. You will communicate with customers through methods such as Web Chat, Inbound calls, email and text message. This role will also handle Claims queries from our customers and be responsible for liaising with internal departments and external insurer in order to provide customers with timely and accurate updates regarding their claim.
The aim is to deliver outstanding customer service to customers contacting us through our inbound and outbound channels, drive service and manage customer queries promptly.
Skills and Abilities
You are passionate about helping customers and driving sales through excellent customer service. You are efficient, highly organised and accurate in your work. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience of working to strict deadlines. Whilst you are able to work autonomously with support from your Manager when needed, you are a team player who is eager to support your colleagues and prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in wherever needed to help the business grow.
