We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for an industry leading company in Caerphilly. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team in a fun, lively working environment.
This is a varied role where you will be the link between the end customer and the manufacturing facility.
As Customer Service Administrator you will:
- Use your communication skills to full advantage when handling a variety of calls from customers on a daily basis, liaising with production, planning and logistics
- Display attention to detail when accurately inputting details, producing quotes, updating customers on the status of their orders and organising delivery slots
- Showcase your organisational skills when responding to emails and queries from various stakeholders
- Be a team player and be able to be the link between both internal and external stakeholders
