We are seeking a Credit Controller with a knack for managing financial accounts and possesses excellent Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing debt, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining the financial health of a reputable industrial manufacturing firm.

Description

  • Manage and monitor debtors' accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to reconcile account discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Implement effective recovery strategies for delinquent debts.
  • Utilise Excel for V-look up and Pivot tables to manage and analyse financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation and development of financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to enhance financial operations.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Profound knowledge of credit control and debt recovery procedures
  • Experience in financial reporting and account reconciliation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £27,000 - £30,000, ideally £28,000.
  • Generous holiday leave of 20 days, increasing to 25 days
  • Company pension scheme contributing 5%
