Description
- Manage and maintain the company's credit control system.
- Implement efficient recovery processes for outstanding payments.
- Analyse customer creditworthiness and approve or reject credit applications based on company policies.
- Prepare regular financial and statistical reports.
- Communicate regularly with internal departments and external customers.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer payment history.
- Use Excel for data analysis, including using V-look up, pivot tables, etc.
- Work collaboratively with the accounting and finance team to achieve common goals.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A solid understanding of credit control principles and practices.
- Advanced Excel skills, including V-look up, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work as part of a team.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of £25,200 - £30,000
