We are looking for a diligent Credit Controller to join our clients accounting and finance team in the industrial/manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Excel skills and have a keen eye for detail.

Description

  • Manage and maintain the company's credit control system.
  • Implement efficient recovery processes for outstanding payments.
  • Analyse customer creditworthiness and approve or reject credit applications based on company policies.
  • Prepare regular financial and statistical reports.
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments and external customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer payment history.
  • Use Excel for data analysis, including using V-look up, pivot tables, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with the accounting and finance team to achieve common goals.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A solid understanding of credit control principles and practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including V-look up, pivot tables, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work as part of a team.
