They are  looking for a dedicated Customer Service Co-ordinator  to join their dynamic team and help them continue to provide support to their clients. Due to an internal promotion they have an amazing new position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of  products, services, and pricing.
  • Communicate order statuses, check delivery schedules, and analyze sales history.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by keeping customers informed about their orders.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical services, and production teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer records and order statuses in our systems.
  • Uphold a professional manner in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols in the workplace.
  • Be flexible with working hours to meet deadlines.
  • Adapt to new technologies and methods as introduced by the company.
