- You’ll be talking to our customers every day on our contact centres so will need to be clear, confident, polite, and resilient when it comes to dealing with any difficult queries.
- You’ll need to have strong communication skills - we’re looking for someone who can have great conversations by phone and e-mail.
- Paying attention to detail, organisational skills and accurately following guidelines are vital requirements for this position.
- Basic computer skills are really important too, and we’ll help you learn the rest.
- Most important for us is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers and can focus without becoming distracted from the task in hand.
- We have times when it can get busy so it’s important that applicants are willing to learn, happy to adapt to change and are able to switch between tasks if required.
- A good salary of £15,500 in a permanent full-time position
