About the role
We aim to give our customers a great experience every time they contact us. Being able to fix their issues promptly and efficiently reallyhelps us do this. We need someone with a passion for serving customers a great communicator who enjoys talking with customers and resolving enquiries.

Within our contact centre in Caerphilly, we continue to prioritise customer satisfaction and help our teams to develop the knowledge and skills to give great service. Fixing our customers issues is our priority the key is to make our customers feel valued and to show that we have customers at the heart of everything that we do.

Your role as a Customer Service Apprentice at phs Group, and what youll need:
  • Youll be talking to our customers every day on our contact centres so will need to be clear, confident, polite, and resilient when it comes to dealing with any difficult queries.
  • Youll need to have strong communication skills - were looking for someone who can have great conversations by phone and e-mail.
  • Paying attention to detail, organisational skills and accurately following guidelines are vital requirements for this position.
  • Basic computer skills are really important too, and well help you learn the rest.
  • Most important for us is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers and can focus without becoming distracted from the task in hand.
  • We have times when it can get busy so its important that applicants are willing to learn, happy to adapt to change and are able to switch between tasks if required.
