What being a Master Data Administrator at DS Smith will involve…Are you looking for an exciting and challenging administrator role with lots of opportunity to learn and develop? Are you a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail and a desire to provide great customer service to our global colleagues? You will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the master data within various systems for DS Smith sites around the globe. Your key responsibility is to work from our case management system and inquisitively validate and accurately create and maintain the master data within a controlled environment, supporting the wider team with any ad-hoc duties as and when required.Master Data Administrators are expected to support all DS Smith sites and resolve any customer queries within clearly defined service level agreements.NB Our office is open from 8am - 6pm and working hours will be within these times. However, we support colleagues in the USA with master data activity and therefore there will be a requirement to work up to 3 late shifts per month (on a rota basis) from 3pm until 11pm UK time, however this shift will be worked from home.We would also consider applications to work on a part-time basis.

  • Microsoft Office knowledge

The Desirables:

  • An ability to speak a second European language would be great but not essential
  • Experience using SAP
