Gap Personnel is seeking 4 skilled production operators to join a local company specialising in dairy products in Caerphilly.

Title: Production Operator Location: CaerphillyContract Type: Temporary to permanent

Working Hours & Pay:Available shifts Monday to Sunday:

  • Shift 1: 6am to 4pm Monday to Friday 
  • Shift 2: 6am to 6pm 
  • Shift 3: 6pm - 6am 

Pay rate between £11.44 and £22.88 per hour.

Key Responsibilities as a production operator:

  • Movement of raw material from picking locations to production areas.
  • Manual case packing/pallet stacking of finished goods.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Label and package products correctly and efficiently.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift items.
