Job description: Are you experienced in the world of production work, or looking to get your foot in the door? We’re recruiting Production Operatives for a family run business based in Caerphilly.
Ideal skills and experience: Production experience is preferable, but not necessary – you will learn on the job and all training will be provided. Physical Stamina is essential due the role requiring lifting up to 25KG. Strong attention to detail is key as you will be checking goods, as well as a thoroughness to keep records up to date and well documented.
Key responsibilities: As a Production Operative, your duties will involve day to day responsibilities on a production floor, including:
- Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly.
- Movement of raw material from picking locations to production areas.
- Manual case packing/pallet stacking of finished goods.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Label and package products correctly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Hours of work: Available shifts Monday to Sunday:
- Shift 1:Â 6am to 4pm Monday to FridayÂ
- Shift 2:Â 6am to 6pmÂ
- Shift 3:Â 6pm - 6amÂ
