We are looking for a proficient Finance Manager for our insurance team. The successful candidate must have experience in the accounting and finance sector, preferably within the insurance industry.

Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Develop and manage financial systems and policies
- Control income, cash flow, and expenditure
- Liaise with managerial staff and other colleagues
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified
- Experience in managing accounting teams
- A strong understanding of financial trends within the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range from £55,000 to £60,000 per year
- Holiday leave starting at 25 days and increasing to 28 days
