Tay Recruitment are recruiting for an Administrator for our client who are a supplier of Fire Safety Services. The ideal candidate would have experience in administration, customer support and creation of quotes and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Contracts Managers, Surveyors, and Engineers.
- Produce quotations and surveys for additional work as needed.
- Manage the completion of service reports, schedules and processing engineer documents
- Handle customer phone calls and varied requests.
- Schedule surveys and manage engineering paperwork and reports .
- Chase and place purchase orders for equipment.
- Purchase Order and Invoicing
- Deliver required information to clients in line with our KPIs.
- Team Support: Cover for other team members when necessary.
