Tay Recruitment are recruiting for an Administrator for our client who are a supplier of Fire Safety Services. The ideal candidate would have experience in administration, customer support and creation of quotes and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Contracts Managers, Surveyors, and Engineers.
  • Produce quotations and surveys for additional work as needed.
  • Manage the completion of service reports, schedules and processing engineer documents
  • Handle customer phone calls and varied requests.
  • Schedule surveys and manage engineering paperwork and reports .
  • Chase and place purchase orders for equipment.
  • Purchase Order and Invoicing
  • Deliver required information to clients in line with our KPIs.
  • Team Support: Cover for other team members when necessary.
