We are not looking for a junior Software developer or Cyber Security we are looking for a computer science-based qualification and have an interest in configuring and installing networking services and O/S with knowledge of scripting and Raid systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Undergo product restoration projects
- Configure product restoration equipment
- Write procedural documentation
- Be willing to work away, weekend and evenings if required
- Report to the data services manager
- Aid in developing restoration processes and software
Skills Required - Essential
- For both Windows, and Linux systems
- Install and configure O/S
- Configure network services
- Install hardware and drivers
- Install and configure programs
- Configure Raid systems
- Basic SQL databases querying
- Basic scripting, using Perl, Bash, VB, or Python
Qualifications
- HND or Degree in computing, or equivalent
