Our client, a prominent name in retail, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Advisor to join their growing team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance, while maintaining the high standards that the company is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, manage all aspects of day-to-day operations in the sales complex.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
  • Achieve qualified sales reservations and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Efficiently manage reservations through to contract exchange and legal completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in New Homes or Property Sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle sales progression.
  • IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and email systems.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
