The job is for an experienced Valuer or Branch Manager with valuing experience, offering a work-from-home opportunity in the Caerphilly area.
The position provides a basic salary of £20,000 - £27,500 with an uncapped OTE of £40,000.
Candidates are required to have significant experience in property sales and a full and clean UK driving license.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with every other Saturday, and the role includes career progression and a company car.

Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency is currently looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Caerphilly area.

Monday to Friday
Every other Saturday

Valuer requirements:

Highly experienced within property sales
Be motivated and driven
Good knowledge of the local area
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
A full and clean UK driving license

Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties
Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
Engage and support customers throughout their journey
Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
