Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our educators and students in achieving academic success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to assisting in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Support individual or small groups of students with their learning needs.
Prepare classroom materials and resources.
Monitor and manage classroom behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment.
Provide feedback to teachers on students progress and challenges.
Assist with administrative tasks such as grading, attendance, and organizing materials.
Supervise students during breaks, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
