Private Client Paralegal

Job Title: Private Client Paralegal Location: Caerphilly, office based. Salary: Circa £25K Hours: Full TimeTop Award-winning modern Law Firm, with multiple offices across the South West and over 100 Solicitors, are looking to expand their Private Client department by taking on two more Paralegals! This firm offers great support and career progression.Your day to day:* Work closely with experienced Solicitors to provide a first class service to their clients.* Conduct legal research and prepare documentation* Assist with client meetings and communications* Manage administrative tasks related to client files* Collaborate with solicitors to ensure smooth case progression* Provide exceptional service to valued clients* Updating case management systems* Liaising with clients and third parties* Providing support to fee earners with client work* Managing a small caseload of client mattersExperience:* Experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant for at least 12 months * Ideally experience within any area of Private Client Law or COP or Family Law, or studied Private Client Law. * Excellent Client care skills* Excellent communication skills * Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team * Motivated to develop and expand skills and knowledge, undertaking further training as required.* Excellent IT skills* Excellent telephone manner.Benefits:* REAL career progression * 25 days holiday + Bank + Birthday off * Lots more, please submit CV for further details.If you would like to hear more about this opportunity and the firms we are working with please contact cait.woodrow-smith @ simpsonjudge.co.uk with a copy of your CV.
