Summary of main responsibilities and activities

Manage your workload to make sure that it is appropriately prioritisedInteraction with clients and providers to collect and collate information in respect of enquiries, alterations and ongoing reviewsManagement of the review schedule and preparation of client review documentsPrepare documentation for client review meetings and arrange review meetingsProvide information to clients and providers on an ongoing basis in respect of current policies and arrangementsProcess top up applications, correspondence and adjustments efficiently, effectively and in accordance with FCA and proceduresCheck all documentation for accuracy before issuing to clients or appropriate partiesDebt management work to ensure fees are collected and allocated appropriately and keep the Head of Wealth Management informed of any current, potential or perceived problems with bad debtsAssist the Finance Team with any accounting queries, the allocation of cash received and settlement of accountsMaintain accurate client and prospect records at all timesBuild good working relationships with insurers, clients and prospectsAssist colleagues in the completion of their duties

Experience required

Experience working within an IFA environmentProven exposure within Financial Services Admin supportIndustry recognised qualifications would be preferred i.e. Level 4 Diploma/ working towardsExcellent IT skillsAbility to multi task and work under pressureClear communication skills
