Digital marketing is at the heart of their strategy to engage with customers and grow their business. They are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Caerphilly.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The role is initially offered as a 3-month contract but will be extended to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and execution of their digital marketing strategies across PHS Group and its sub-divisions. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies to engage customers and enhance our online presence.
- Supporting SEO efforts, including on-page optimisation, keyword research, and link building.
- Assisting in the development of Local SEO campaigns to boost visibility in specific regions.
- Contributing creative ideas and research for content marketing strategies.
- Supporting website updates and maintenance using our CMS (Umbraco experience desirable but not essential).
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and ahrefs.
- Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Attributes:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to build a career in this field.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Local SEO, and PPC concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools for measuring website performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred, but not essential).
- Basic knowledge of HTML or UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as ahrefs, PowerBI, or Salesforce.
