Hoop Education are currently recruiting for passionate Cover Supervisors to work on a flexible, supply basis. Requirements:

Have a minimum of 3 months relevant experience (working with children or vulnerable adults) which can be referenced
Have a valid, enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to get one)
Be registered (or willing to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Be a passionate practitioner with the desire to improve the education outcomes for all pupils
Have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels
Be able to support and promote the ethos of the school

Duties:

Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher
Follow lesson plans and ensure that students complete assigned work
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage student behaviour and enforce school policies
Provide support and assistance to students as needed
Communicate with teachers, parents, and school administrators regarding student progress and behaviour
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
