Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for quality, safety, and efficient production? Quick Staff UK is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join its client’s team. In this role, you’ll lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a production team to meet daily targets and achieve KPIs.
  • Ensure safe systems of work are adhered to and maintain high standards of workplace safety.
  • Enforce correct PPE procedures and follow a "clean as you go" policy to uphold audit and safety standards.
  • Monitor and ensure customer specifications and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively lead, motivate, and develop your team.
  • Prior production experience and a good understanding of machinery and processes.
  • Flexibility to cover absences and holidays.
  • Quality-focused with an eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Hours of work:6.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday6.00am - 2.30pm Friday
