Quick Staff UK is pleased to be working with an established business in the Caerphilly area. On their behalf, we are seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our client's busy team.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various computer programs, and possess strong organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Dealing with phone enquiries and emails and transferring to the correct departments
  • Sorting mail and distributing to relevant department
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinating accommodation and hire vehicles as and when required for team members
  • Updating internal training matrix and preparing fuel card reports.
  • Franking mail
  • Testing fire alarms weekly

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Strong clerical, administrative, and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

There will be additional administrative duties required of you as and when requested.

Hours of work:42.5hrs per week.8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
