We are seeking a Temporary School Receptionist for a vibrant Welsh-speaking school in Caerphilly. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday during school hours, term time only. The position is available on a long-term temporary basis, starting in November.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff
- Answering phone calls and handling inquiries in both Welsh and English
- General administrative duties such as filing, typing, and data entry
Requirements:
- Fluency in Welsh and English (both spoken and written)
- Previous administrative or reception experience
- Ability to work term time only
- Available for a long-term temporary role
- Willing to undergo vetting and DBS checks
