We are seeking a Temporary School Receptionist for a vibrant Welsh-speaking school in Caerphilly. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday during school hours, term time only. The position is available on a long-term temporary basis, starting in November.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff
  • Answering phone calls and handling inquiries in both Welsh and English
  • General administrative duties such as filing, typing, and data entry

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Welsh and English (both spoken and written)
  • Previous administrative or reception experience
  • Ability to work term time only
  • Available for a long-term temporary role
  • Willing to undergo vetting and DBS checks
