Are you a sales-driven individual looking to kickstart a rewarding career in recruitment? Quick Staff UK is searching for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment consultant to join its dynamic team! This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and the motivation to develop strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business through cold calling, emails, and other business development activities.
  • Develop and service your own temporary contracts, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Support recruitment efforts for permanent vacancies, from sourcing candidates to arranging interviews and beyond.
  • Answer inbound calls, resolve issues, and handle candidate queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain our CRM system, keeping candidate and client records up-to-date and organised.

Key Requirements:

  • Sales-orientated mindset with a hunger for growth and success.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with outbound calls and building relationships.
  • Ambition and resilience—ready to tackle new challenges and go the extra mile.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised, especially within a CRM system.
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Hours of work:8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday(40hrs per week)
