Brook Street are working with a highly reputable company in South Wales who are leaders in the Insurance and Wealth Management services. The role would ideally attract candidates with at least 3 years experience in a Wealth Management/IFA capacity at either Client Manager or Administrator level. The role is Monday to Friday, 9-5 and offers Hybrid working after the first 6 months of employment. This will be fast-tracked for candidates exceeding expectations.







Responsibilities:

  • Manage workload to ensure appropriate prioritisation.
  • Interact with clients and providers to collect and collate information regarding enquiries, alterations, and ongoing reviews.
  • Manage the review schedule and prepare client review documents.
  • Prepare documentation for client review meetings and arrange those meetings.
  • Provide ongoing information to clients and providers about current policies and arrangements.
  • Process new business and top-up applications, correspondence, and adjustments efficiently and in accordance with FCA procedures.
  • Check all documentation for accuracy before issuing to clients or relevant parties.
  • Handle debt management to ensure fees are collected and allocated correctly, keeping the Head of Wealth Management informed of any issues with bad debts.
  • Assist the Finance Team with accounting queries, cash allocation, and account settlements.
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect records at all times.
  • Build strong working relationships with insurers, clients, and prospects.


Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in client account management or a similar role (3 years preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and providers.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Proficient in using office software and maintaining client records (Intelligent Office Essential)
