Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the national curriculum, from KS3 to KS5.
• Inspire students to explore chemical principles, develop analytical skills, and cultivate a passion for learning.
• Assess and track student progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
• Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and critical thinking.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives, extracurricular activities, and events that enrich the student learning experience.

About You
We are looking for a Chemistry Teacher with excellent subject knowledge and a flair for inspiring students to excel in their studies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialisation in Chemistry or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary school level.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learners.
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, committed to fostering academic excellence.
• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to engage with the school community.
