About the Role:
In this position, you will lead versatile PE lessons, helping students develop their skills and understanding across various sports and physical activities. You will work closely with students, providing individual guidance and support to enhance their physical abilities and encourage a love of exercise. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring all students feel encouraged to participate and improve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate PE lessons for secondary students.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and small group instruction, ensuring all students can participate and progress.
• Prepare lesson plans and set up sports equipment to facilitate activities.
• Support students’ social and emotional development through teamwork and sportsmanship, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
• Assist with organising sports events and competitions, ensuring a safe and well-structured experience for all participants.
• Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in teaching PE or sports coaching is essential.
• A flexible and proactive approach to working with diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for promoting physical fitness and encouraging students to achieve their potential.
