Role & Responsibilities:
- Small group work, focusing on literacy & numeracy intervention
- ALN support where required
- Assistance with planning & preparation of lessons
- lead pre-planned lessons set by the teacher
- Supporting in-class delivery
- Maintaining an engaging and nurturing classroom environment
What We're Looking For:
- Highly skilled and experienced HLTAs with an L4 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Enhanced DBS Check - Ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all students is our top priority. This can be done with us at Supply Desk if not already in receipt.
- EWC Registration - A commitment to professionalism and excellence in education is essential.
