Administrative Assistant

Monday - Friday

Acorn by Synergie is working with a specialist company to appoint an Administrative Assitant to join their growing team. The successfull candidate should have at least three years experience in simular roles and be prepared to work in a friendly environment where every day may present new options and oportunities.

Responsibilities:

* Monitoring office supplies and reordering them as needed

* Operating and overseeing the maintenance of office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers

* Typing letters, reports and other business documents

* Updating and maintaining records, both on paper and digitally

* Arranging meetings on behalf of the staff, including booking meeting spaces and organising refreshments

* Taking and distributing meeting minutes

* Making travel and accommodation arrangements for staff

* Responding to questions and requests for information

* Generating memos, emails and reports where appropriate

Key Requirements:

* Possess strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively handle a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.

* Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, always seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.

* Maintain a professional, confident demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

* Be proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
