Key Responsibilities

Learn the fundamentals of recruitment including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and managing client relationships.

Assist in the screening and assessment of candidates to identify top talent for various job openings.

Support senior consultants in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.

Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
