The firm understand that each client is unique and take a personalized approach to every engagement.The RoleThe role of Accounts Senior has become available as the business goes through a sustained period of growth across several of its service channels, making this an exciting time to join the practice.You will be a part of dedicated experts team supporting diverse client base, including SMEs, Large Businesses, and some Group Accounts and Consolidations.Accounts Senior Duties

• Working with a Client Manager/Director who will support and develop you.
• Responsibility to manage a client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis, including client meetings.
• Preparing financial statements for a diverse client base, including small, medium, and large businesses under FRS 102, with exposure to group accounts and consolidations.
• Assisting junior colleagues in developing their technical expertise, reviewing their work.

• Collaborating with various departments within the firm to support clients with both compliance and advisory services.

ExperienceFor the role of Accounts Senior, the below criteria are desired:

• Accounts preparation experience for OMBs, other SMEs, under FRS 102.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions - or seeking to gain more exposure to this.
• Good time management skills.
• Commercial insight / industry knowledge.
• CA / ACA / ACCA / AAT or QBE.
