Description
- Ensure accurate financial records through diligent bookkeeping.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Support the finance team with invoice processing and payment runs.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Help manage company ledgers and handle petty cash.
- Provide customer service regarding financial issues.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adept at working with spreadsheets and accounting software.
Due to the location of the office the candidate needs to have a valid UK driving license and access to a car.
