Clinical Lead Physiotherapist - Stirling
Nurse Seekers are proud to be once again partnering with an outstanding Physiotherapy Clinic in Stirling and assisting in their sear for a new Lead Physiotherapist. This is a unique opportunity for a senior and experienced Physiotherapist to work with, and Lead a multidisciplinary tam in a state-of-the-art facility, delivering a wide range of specialist services to a diverse client base.
About the Clinic
The clinic boasts a fully equipped rehabilitation suite and cutting-edge technology to support innovative care. This includes a state-of-the-art gait analysis platform, Kinnvent Force Plates (and other devices), BodiTrak proprioceptive mat, cryo/heat equipment and BlazePods reactive training equipment.
About the Role
The successful applicant will balance a 70/30 split between clinical and managerial responsibilities, providing mentorship and supervision to a high-performing team. You’ll also have the chance to:
- Shape and evolve clinic services whilst driving continuous improvement.
- Develop your own clinical expertise and work collaboratively with other specialists.
- Earn commission based on the success of the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
- Management: Lead recruitment, appraisals, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Patient Care: Manage a varied caseload, delivering expert care in your area of specialisation.
- Service Development: Drive service improvements, implementing innovative solutions and evaluating performance metrics.

About You
Essential:
- HCPC-registered physiotherapist.
- Postgraduate expertise and evidence of CPD in a relevant area of specialty.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication, time management, and IT skills.
Desirable:
- Membership of CSP or relevant specialist interest group.
- Management qualification or leadership training.
- Experience with research and audit.
