Loriens leading public sector client are looking to bring on a Business Analyst on an initial 3 month contract.

Job Description:

Detailed requirements and validation criteria for application form migration from word docs to online system.Detailed process maps of end-to-end application process, as-is and to-be.Working with VS Developer and QA teams to develop test criteria and scripts.Working with VS PM and process owner to produce training materials.

Essential criteria:* Comprehensive experience of business analysis and design procedures and project management and planning skills* Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the precise nature of customer issues* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail* Extensive experience gathering requirements with project customers and stakeholders* Strong and extensive experience producing thorough and detailed requirements specifications* Excellent knowledge and understanding of data collection approaches, analysis and techniques* Strong and extensive experience of working with functional and technical specifications
