Description

* Answering telephone calls, taking messages, setting up appointments and managing team diaries

* Opening money laundering and legal files

* Secretarial support to Solicitors and Paralegals: mainly typing of dictation, fee notes, client correspondence

* Entering precise data quickly and correctly

* Office administration duties: filing and scanning

* Mail duties- Organising all mail for signature, collection and allocation of mail to appointed staff within the department, ensuring all mail leaves the department on the day scheduled

* Assisting with the receipt of new instructions / referrals

* Using various computer systems to create/update and maintain client records accurately

* Dealing with basic client queries and taking messages where appropriate

* Preparing fee notes

* Registering Powers of Attorney

* Completion of forms

* Lodging & uplifting of wills and documents

* Debt Management
