About the Role

This full-time role will involve supporting their Head Chef and Sous Chef across the full range of their dining offerings, including lunch service, afternoon teas, and evening dining. Detailed duties will be negotiated directly with the Head Chef and again will be based on experience.

There is some room for negotiation in exact hours, but typical working hours cover lunch and evening service Tuesday through Saturday. They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Required Experience:

  • Chef: 2 years
  • Experienced in a quality dining environment

  • Equipped with a well-established core skillset but have a willingness to learn
  • Responsible with a strong sense of ownership
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • A flexible and adaptable team player
  • Keen to apply and explore innovative approaches
